Course menu
■ Assorted appetizers (seasonal dishes on one plate)
■ Today's special soup (prepared over a long period of time)
■ Domestic wild prawns (Enjoy the plump texture and shrimp crackers...)
■Seasonal vegetable salad (fresh vegetables with special dressing)
■ Grilled seasonal vegetables (we are particular about the vegetables)
■Japanese Black Beef Fillet (90g) or Sirloin (100g) (We are confident in the quality of our meat.) You can also increase the amount of meat.
■Rice, miso soup, pickles (You can change to special garlic rice for an additional 900 yen, or to a mini curry made with Japanese black beef stewed for a week for an additional 1000 yen)
■Pastry chef's special dessert
*For an additional 500 yen, you can add our signature charcoal-roasted coffee or tea.
*Sautéed foie gras (half) can be added for an additional 1,800 yen.
