■Today's soup (we take our time and carefully prepare it)

■ Sautéed Hokkaido scallops (Enjoy the umami, sweetness and texture of scallops)

■ Steamed live lobster (with rich shrimp miso sauce made right in front of you)

■Seasonal vegetable salad (please enjoy fresh vegetables with special dressing)

■ Grilled seasonal vegetables (selected seasonal vegetables)

■Japanese black beef fillet (100g) or sirloin (100g)

(We are confident in purchasing meat) You can also increase the amount of meat.

■Rice, miso bowl, pickles

*You can change to special garlic rice for an additional 900 yen

*For an additional 1,000 yen, you can change to Kuroge Wagyu beef mini curry that has been stewed for a week.
