■ Sautéed Hokkaido scallops (enjoy the deliciousness, sweetness and texture of scallops)

■Teppan-grilled live domestic black abalone (with herb butter sauce)

■Seasonal vegetable salad (fresh vegetables with special dressing)

■ Grilled seasonal vegetables (we are particular about the vegetables)

Japanese Black Beef Fillet (90g) or Sirloin (100g)

(We are confident in the meat we purchase) You can also add more meat

■Rice, miso soup, pickles

(You can change to special garlic rice for an additional 900 yen.For an additional 1,000 yen, you can change it to a mini curry of Japanese black beef stewed for a week.
