Course menu

■ Assorted appetizers (seasonal dishes on one plate)

■ Today's special soup (prepared carefully over time)

■ Sautéed foie gras (served with traditional French Madeira sauce)

■ Steamed live lobster (with a rich shrimp miso sauce made right in front of you)

■Teppan-yaki of live domestic black abalone (served with special herb butter sauce)

■Seasonal vegetable salad (fresh vegetables with special dressing)

■ Grilled seasonal vegetables (selected seasonal vegetables)

■Japanese Black Beef Fillet (90g) or Sirloin (100g)

(We are confident in the meat we purchase) You can also add more meat.

■Meal: Rice, miso soup, pickles

* You can change it to special garlic rice for an additional 900 yen.

*For an additional 1,000 yen, you can change to a mini curry of Japanese black beef stewed for a week.
